Gholamreza Mohammadi

Authorities handed over body of Gholamreza Mohammadi, arrested on Jan 2 during  #IranProtests.
Regime spread rumors he was an addict & died due to lack of drugs. Families & friends reject this claim, saying he was an athlete & never even smoked.

#Iran: Engineer Maryam (Foruzan) Jafarpour 27 years old, her father says that she was among the arrested during #IranProtests, her body was delivered to her family after Autopsy.

Two other young protesters arrested in the uprising, killed under the torture

Two other people arrested in the popular uprisings in Iran were killed by the torture of the henchmen of the Velayat-e faqih regime in Arak and Sanandaj.

Seyed Shahab Abtahi,

Seyed Shahab Abtahi, a 20-year-old young man who was arrested in Arak two weeks ago, died under the torture of the henchmen. The tormentors left the martyr’s body 10 days after his arrest in front of his father’s house, while signs of the baton blows on his body were visible. Before him, another man arrested in the popular uprising in Iran,

 Vahid Heidari

Vahid Heidari, a 22-year-old deprived street vendor, was martyred by baton blows. The police of Markazi Province alleged in a stupid lie that he had been arrested on charges of carrying drugs and committed suicide at the detention centre of police station 12 of Arak. The detainees of the uprising in Arak were first transferred to the central prison of Arak and then to the Basij garrison in the so-called resistance square. A number of detainees have been transferred to the Arak Intelligence Building, which is adjacent to the Bassij garrison. According to regime leaders, 396 people were arrested during the uprising in Arak and other cities of Markazi Province.

On Wednesday, January 17, Hossein Qaderi, 30, who was arrested in the Iranian people's uprising in Sanandaj and was transferred to the quarantine of the central prison, died under torture. The torturers in their serial lies have declared this young prisoner a drug offender. This is so scandalous that even the prison authorities are not prepared to confirm the torturers' claims. Sarou Ghahremani, 24, arrested on January 3, and Kianoush Zandi, a 26-year-old graduate from the University of Sanandaj, who disappeared since January 4, are among the other victims who died under torture in Sanandaj Prison.
Meanwhile, Hassan Torkashvand, a 23-year-old young man who was shot by direct firing of the repressive forces’ assassins in Karaj on December 30, died of his injuries in hospital. The intelligence agents of the regime did not give permission for his burial and funeral to the family of Hassan Torkashvand like other families of the martyrs of the uprising, and buried his body secretly.
Khamenei, thinks in vain that by brutally killing the best children of Iran, he can save its decayed regime from collapse. Iran's rising young people, in solidarity with the families of the martyrs and the detainees, and with unity and strong determination, keep the flames of the uprising, and will not rest until freeing Iran from the ruling religious tyranny.
Killing under torture in prison is unquestionably an example of crime against humanity. The Iranian Resistance calls on the UN Security Council and the member states, and on all international human rights advocates to take decisive measures against these crimes and calls on the High Commissioner for Human Rights to immediately dispatch a fact-finding mission to investigate the situation of prisons and unconditional release of recent detainees.

1. On Saturday, January 20, several people from Robat Karim (Tehran Province) protested against high prices. The protesters, a major part of whom were women, chanted slogans against the regime.

In order to intimidate and disperse the crowd, the law enforcement criminal agents ran over by a car a lady who was protesting against plundering her deposits. The same criminal method was carried out in Ahwaz during the first days of the uprising during which the regime’s criminals ran over the people with a truck.

2 On the same day, in Ahwaz, deprived farmers, whose lands had been looted by the regime’s false promises, protested outside the Amir Kabir Sugarcane Development Company in Ahwaz. Their demand was to work on their own lands that had been looted. The riot guard attacked them with Baton.

3. Also, a number of workers from the Mahshahr municipality gathered outside the city's municipality in protest of the non-payment of their monthly salaries.

4. The protest gathering by a group of workers at the Kian Kurd Factory in Malayer, which started last week in protest against the failure to pay six months of overdue salaries and the failure to pay for the 2017-2017 gift, continues.
On Thursday, January 18, protests by deprived and oppressed people continued in various parts of the country:

5. The brave youths of Qum burned a large image of Khamenei in the Hamza boulevard near the Parsian gas pump.

6. A crowd of people and youth in Isfahan staged a protest gathering. The gathering was attacked by mercenaries and was drawn into conflict.

7. After the regime’s mercenaries from the outpost of Bityush, a village of Sardasht, fired at six horses of poor vendors and porters of the village, the deprived people of Bityush attacked the outpost, known as the "killer of the porters", and clashed with the mercenaries, and took the outpost’s documents with them.

8. The people plundered by the Caspian governmental institute gathered in protest at the looting of their deposits outside the institude’s Sa'adat Abad branch and threw eggs at it. They chanted: "Death to the thief" and "Caspian theft, government supported."

9. The protest of the Iran Quti workers in Qazvin, which started last week in protest against the non-payment of salaries and benefits for nine months, continues.

10. In Ahwaz, about a thousand people participated in the memorial ceremony of Aria Roozbehi Babadi. He was arrested on January 10 by the regime’s intelligence agents. The Ministry of Intelligence criminal threw his body into the Karoon River after killing him.

11. The people of Arak also participated in the memorial ceremony of Shahab Abtahi Memorial, 20 years old, who was martyred for the freedom of the people.

12. The memorial ceremony of Sarou Ghahremani, 24, and Kianoush Zandi, 26, two martyrs from Sanandaj was held with the massive presence of the people, despite the intensive presence of plainclothes and intelligence agents of the regime.

13. Memorial ceremony of Ali Pouladi, a 26-year-old resident of the Goytar village of Chalus, was also held on January 18th with the massive participation of the people in the area. The cries of his grieving mother strongly affected the crowd. She said why they killed my kid. My kid was healthy. The regime agents took my kid and killed him. I am sure his friends will take revenge on my son.

Ali Pouladi was arrested on January 12 evening and was killed few hours later under tortures by the police criminals. The next morning, the criminals informed his family of his death. In a scandalous lie, the director general of Mazandaran coroner claimed that Ali Pouladi had been severely injured on the head one month ago due to an accident. The regime's agents also claimed that he was suffering from epilepsy and had died due to a heart attack. However, his family said he was in good health at the time of his arrest. The abusive and repressive approach of the Chalus police led to a clash between his family and his fellow citizens with the police.

The Offices of 60 Friday Prayer Imams Were Attacked During the Uprising

Iranian regime and its criminal authorities from different factions, who have seen the prospect of regime’s overthrow during the people’s uprising, express their severe fear and deep concern over the people’s anger and disgust of Khamenei and other ruling mullahs.

According to state news agencies, the criminal mullah Ghiasoddin Taha Mohammadi, referring to the anger and disgust of the people about repression, corruption and theft, said in Hamedan’s Friday prayer this week: During the uprising, "about 60 offices of the Friday Imams were attacked". In most cities in Iran, many crimes, robberies, moral and financial corruption stem from Friday imams and their offices, who are representatives of Khamenei and are appointed by him.

Being extremely frightened by “Death to Khamenei” cries, he tried to pretend that Khamenei is not responsible for the people’s problems. He ridiculously said “why you pin the blame for all the problems of the country on the Leader? The Leader’s authority is bound by the law, and he cannot interfere in other organs’ and officials’ responsibilities outside the law. The leadership is different from management of the country, and being Supreme Leader doesn’t mean that he can do anything; he is bound by the law!”

Iran Regime Mp Admits That Prisoners Are Poisoned by Giving Them Pills-                        A member of Iranian regime’s parliament admitted on January 16 that recently one of the protesters before dying in prison, told his family that the prisoners are given pills that make their health condition worse. The MP, Mahmoud Sadeghi, wrote in his twitter account: “According to the family of a prisoner who died in prison, during several contacts with his family, he told them that the prison officials forced him and other detainees to take pills that deteriorated their health condition...”

Kianoush Zandi, Sarou Ghahremani and Mohammad Nassiri,
Killing of Three Other Detained Youth in Sanandaj and Zanjan Torture Chambers
The Iranian Resistance offers its condolences for the martyrdom of Kianoush Zandi, Sarou Ghahremani and Mohammad Nassiri, who were arrested during the uprising of the Iranian people, to their families, friends, companions and all rising people of Iran, and urges the international community to take immediate action to confront anti-human crimes of the clerical regime. The blood of these fallen for freedom martyrs, will surely dispel the root of the brutal regime of the Velayat-e faqih forever from Iran, and will rid Iran and the region of this medieval regime.

Sarou Ghahremani from Sanandaj disappeared on January 3. Following the family's follow-up, regime intelligence agents in Sanandaj notified them their child's death on Friday night, January 12.

Kianoush Zandi, a graduate of engineering from the University of Sanandaj, disappeared since January 4. His body was given to his family on January 14 by Sanandaj Intelligence. The Intelligence henchmen told the martyr's family that he was killed in the demonstrations. But the signs of torture on the body of Kianoush exposes the regime's Intelligence henchmen.

Fearful of the anger of the people, the regime’s mercenaries did not permit the families of Sarou Ghahremani and Kianoush Zandi to hold burial and funeral ceremonies and prohibited them from releasing any information about their children's martyrdom by threatening them. The people of Sanandaj commemorated the martyrs on Sunday January 14 in spite of the intensive presence of repressive forces with a massive presence in Farajeh-Shahr Mosque.

Mohammad Nassiri, a youth of Zanjan, was martyred after being arrested by intelligence agents of the regime. During the delivery of the martyr's body, mercenaries said foolishly that he had committed suicide.

The clerical regime also had claimed that Sina Qanbari, who was martyred in Evin Prison and Vahid Heydari, who was martyred at the police station in Arak, had committed suicide.

Achievements of the Iran Protests So Far

After at least 50 deaths and over 4,000 arrests, the Iranian Regime has yet again declared the nationwide anti-regime protests to be over and done with. That is simply untrue.

Many citizen-journalists have risked violence from the Regime in order to post photos and footage about ongoing protests, and although the protests don’t appear to be growing in numbers or frequency at the current time, that doesn’t mean that this is over. Not by a long shot.

The protests have already done a great deal to dispel many myths about the Regime and the people of Iran that are held in the West. Let’s run through a few of them.

DAY 15 OF IRAN PROTEST 11 January 2018 :

5 protesters tortured to death in Khamenei detention camps

Baghdad Post, January 10 2018 - At least five Iranian proetsters have been tortured to death in detention camps, sources told the Baghdad Post Tuesday.
A total of 3,700 protesters were arrested over the past two weeks, an Iranian reformist said offering a far higher number than authorities previously released, according to the Time.
Until now, 22 protesters have been killed in the proetsts that swept major Iranian cities.
The slained detainees were held at the notorious Evin Prison

DAY 12 OF IRAN PROTEST 8 January 2018 :

Demonstrations, skirmishes in Tehran and various cities in Iran on the 12th day of the uprising
On Monday, January 8, the protest of the courageous and rising youth in various corners of the country continued on the twelfth day of the uprising.
Protest gatherings of arrested families, including students and arrested Gonabadi dervishes in front of Evin Prison in Tehran, continued on Monday, January 8. In the evening time, the families were sitting on the ground to stop vehicle traffic to te prison. At night, repressive forces shot in the air and threw tear gas to disperse the protesters.
At 7:00 PM, hundreds of people gathered and rallied in Shelang Abad, Ahvaz.
The same night, on riverside road in Ahvaz and in the park of the area, a group of young people chanted slogans of Death to Khamenei, death to the dictator. In the area of Hassirabad, people clashed with the regime's agents and defended themselves against their attacks.
On Monday night, a massive crowd of people from Babol took to the streets at sunset and protested in the Bagh Ferdows.
People of Mahshahr also rallied at night. A bus and a government building were set on fire against the attacks of repressive forces.
The base of the Basij in Mobarakeh (Isfahan) was attacked by young people.
In Mashhad, people's protest rally in front of the central tax office was attacked by mercenaries. Several buses of mercenaries came to help the forces stationed on the scene.
On Monday, goldsmiths in Tehran, Orumieh, Tabriz and Yazd markets closed their shops to protest the regime's tax extortion. Plainclothes threatened shopkeepers that they would break locks  if they did not open their shops and would cancel their licenses.
In Islamshahr (Tehran Province), workers from the Persian Gulf International Shipping Company protested against lack of payment of their salaries for the second day. They were chanting: “the nation begs, the mullah acts like a God” and “today is the day of mourning, the life of the worker is being taken away”.
On Sunday, January 7, in Valiasr Square, Tehran, the slogan of 'Death to Khamenei' and “death to the dictator” were chanted.
In Gilan-e-Gharb, people chanted: do not be afraid, do not be afraid, we are all together, and confronted with the revolutionary guards who attacked them.
In Roodbar, people chanted slogans of Death to Khamenei, death to the dictator.
People in certain areas of Kermanshah, especially in Shahnaz Square, shouted out their hatred of the clerical regime with the slogan 'Death to the dictator'.
Sina Ghanbari, a 22 year old youth, who was arrested during the nationwide uprising was martyred by the mullahs’ regime’s torturers in the Evin Prison . The regime's agents, in fear of public reaction to this brutal crime, ridiculously claimed that Sina Ghanbari had committed suicide in prison.
Vahid Heidari

In yet another event, Vahid Heidari, a poor vendor who was arrested during the Arak uprising, was killed by baton strikes. The Central Province police claimed in a similar lie: 'This person has been arrested on charges of carrying narcotics and has committed suicide in the detention center of police station 12 of Arak' (Jahan San’at daily, January 7).
Thousands of other prisoners are in difficult and uncertain conditions in different prisons, many of them under brutal torture. Some other detainees are said to have been martyred under torture.
The mullahs’ regime’s intention of these anti-human crimes is to put out the flames of the uprising; an attempt that has already been defeated. Referring to the protesters, Khamenei said today, “The enemy’s agents will not give up'. This is at a time when Jaafari, the IRGC commander, announced last week that the uprising has ended. Rouhani also claimed that the uprising would diminish within two days (news media – January 4th).
Today, Tuesday, January 9th, Mahmoud Sadeghi, a member of Majlis, acknowledged: '3700 people were arrested during the protests.' He added, 'Different figures have been presented to the Majlis representatives by various institutions regarding the arrest of students during recent protests. Therefore, we cannot provide accurate statistics on the arrest of students. '
These crimes, on the one hand, increase the resolve of the protesters to overthrow the ruling religious fascism in Iran, and, on the other hand, it doubles the need for urgent international action to confront the continuation of crime against humanity by the mullahs. Iran's ruling criminals should be rejected from the international community and be held accountable for their crimes.
The Iranian Resistance calls on all the Iranian people, especially the youth, to protest against the crimes of the mullahs’ regime, especially in prisons, and to support the families of martyrs and prisoners, and calls on the High Commissioner for Human Rights to set up a fact-finding mission to investigate into the situation of prisons and political prisoners, especially those arrested during the recent uprising, and provide for their unconditional release.

A young protester died Saturday night, January 6, 2018, in the notorious Evin Prison’s quarantine section. Student Sina Ghanbari, 22, had been arrested in recent protests.
Today, Iranian lawmaker Tayyebeh Siavoshi told the state-run ILNA news agency that the Intelligence Ministry confirmed to her that Sina Ghanbari had “committed suicide.”
It is said that Sina Ghanbari had been injected with an overdose of methadone.
At least 45 Iranian protesters have been killed and 3,000 have been arrested amid nationwide protests that began in December 2017, over Iran’s stagnant economy and the rising cost of living.
The vast majority of the arrestees, 90 percent, are under 25 years old, according to the state media.
The Security Assistant of the Interior Ministry said that more than 90% of those arrested at the scene of the unrest were young and adolescents, and that their average age was under 25.
“Most of them have not had any previous arrests”, Hossein Zolfaghari added.  He also said that from tonight (Monday) they would more seriously control the current conditions in the capital and a number of other cities that were involved in the unrest. (The state-run Rokna website – Jan. 1, 2018)

Tehran's notorious Evin Prison holds hundreds of peaceful protesters
Tehran, in front of the notorious Evin Prison , Sunday, Jan. 7; as dozens gathered outside the infamous Evin Prison in Tehran, where hundreds of detained protesters have been taken to, families and friends of the detained protesters chanted God is Great to let their voices be heard. They demanded the authorities to release their loved ones saying peaceful protests are people's inalienable right.

Khuzestan province, Jan. 7; in the town of Izeh in Khuzestan province, hundreds of people gathered on Sunday to demonstrate against the corrupt regime of the mullahs. They chanted 'Death to the essence of Velayat e-Faghih, or the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist, which is referred to the Supreme leader himself. The also chanted Death to the Dictators.

Karaj City, northwest of Tehran; As thousands of protesters gathered on Sunday, Jan. 7, to rally against the government failed policies and to show their anger and frustration at this regime, dozens of club welding hoodlums and suppressive security forces raided the crowd and tried to intimidate and scatter them. But the protesters confronted the guards and started to chant 'lewd, lewd....' at the guards.
Tens of Thousands of Iranians, especially the youth have come to the streets during past two weeks to protest the government's corruption and mismanagement. The protests started in the northern Iranian city of Mashhad and soon spread to more than 100 cities across Iran.

Iran, Sanandaj, west of the country, people boycotted a pro-government rally on Monday, January 8, 2018. The rally was called by the regime to counter the popular uprising and as a show of force, but it turned out as an ignominy for the regime.
A video circulating on the internet shows empty street where the rally was planned to take place. A voice in the video says the regime had intimidated many to take part in this rally, but as it can be seen, nobody heeded the call.

DAY 11 OF IRAN PROTEST 7 January 2018 :

Jan. 7; Dozens of elementary schoolers from Ahwaz, Dezful and other cities joined their elders to show their anger and distrust of this corrupt government. They chanted 'Death to Khamenei'.
Ironically, in one instance where the authorities had forced the preschoolers to join the pro-government really, the kids chanted 'Death to Khamenei' after the rally was over and they were allowed to leave and go home. The kids then chanted Death to Khamenei on the way going home. This attracted the attention of all those who witness this scene.
Therefore despite the government's efforts to force the people to go to the pro-gov rallies, people still express their opposition at any chance they get.

Demonstrations and Clashes in Different Parts of Ahvaz, and Punishment of a Number of Mercenaries

During ten days of the uprising, the Southwestern province of Khuzestan and city of Ahvaz were host to the popular demonstrations and protests against the religious fascism ruling Iran. During this period, hundreds of youths in Ahvaz, Hamidieh and Shadegan and other cities in the province were arrested by the Revolutionary Guards and other repressive forces.

On Saturday night, January 6th, on the tenth day of the uprising, the people and the brave youths of various part of Ahvaz rallied. They protested the brutal repression of the uprising and the arrest of a large number of people.

In Kiashahr district, a large crowd gathered in front of the governorate and chanted “political prisoners must be freed.” In Kian Shahr too, people protested chanting “Death to Dictator” and “Death to Khamenei.” The rally turned into clashes when the suppressive forces attacked the demonstrators brutally.

At the same time, in the Kut Abdullah district, IRGC and Bassij forces attacked the demonstrators; however, the youth confronted them and punished a number of suppressive forces.

On Friday night, the courageous demonstration of the Ahvaz people in Kouye Alawi led to heavy clashes with the IRGC and the Basiji forces and the riot guards. In this clash, which lasted from 22:00 to 01:30 in the morning, the Bassij headquarters was burnt down, and the people punished a number of savage IRGC forces and forced others to retreat.

Iranian Protesters Burn Identification Cards After Security Crackdown on Streets
Dozens of videos have shown up on social media; faces of those setting documents on fire are never shown
Wall Street Journal, Jan. 7, 2018 - Iranians protesting the Islamic government system have taken to burning identification cards and other government-issued documents to express their rejection of the country’s ruling system, following a security crackdown that has stifled unrest on the street.
Dozens of videos of the burnings have shown up on social media in recent days, although they couldn’t be independently verified. The video footage showed what purported to be identification cards, or in some cases a utility bill from a state-owned company, being set aflame.
In one of the videos shared on the messaging app Telegram, women are seen burning identification cards for the Basij, a volunteer militia under the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the powerful Iranian military arm that has been training and funding fighters in foreign conflicts such as Syria and Iraq. In another, a person burns a certificate with the logo of the IRGC over a metal plate outside.
Another photo showed a man’s hand holding water and electricity bills as they burned. “We do not pay any bills,” read a caption underneath the photo on a popular antigovernment Telegram channel. “This corrupt system is doomed to end.”
Some of the documents burned, including Basij identification cards, are relatively easy to obtain.
The IRGC, a force answerable only to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, announced Sunday that the unrest of recent days had been quelled, according to a statement reported on its official news website. The IRGC thanked the police, intelligence ministry and the Basij for ending the unrest, and blamed the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Israel and Iranian dissidents for causing it.
The IRGC has itself deployed forces to at least three provinces, its commander said last week.
The images of the burnings from Iran recall other acts of burnings official documents to protest government positions or policies.

DAY 10 OF IRAN PROTEST 6 January 2018 :

Protests Continued in Various Cities on the 10th Day of Uprising

People held commemoration ceremony for Qahdarijan martyrs who were buried secretly
On Saturday, January 6, the bodies of 14-year-old juvenile Ahmad Haidari, Mohammad Ebrahimi and Hossein Shafizadeh, who were martyred by the criminal Revolutionary Guards during the heroic uprising of the Qahdarijan people, were buried. The regime's savage agents did not allow their families to hold funeral ceremony. However, thousands of people from Qahridjian hailed the martyrs' memories by attending their memorial ceremony.
On the same day, the protests of the people in Khomein (the central province) were attacked by the Revolutionary Guards.
The people of Shushtar (Khuzestan province) rallied at noon during which the suppressive forces attacked them with tear gas. The youth clashed and confronted them by burning the garbage bins. A large number of people were arrested at the rally.
Youths of the city also expressed their hatred of the mullahs’ regime by writing "Death to Khamenei" on the walls of the city.
The people of Abadan rallied on Saturday night in spite of the massive presence of police mercenaries.
The people of Zahedan blocked the Shirabad Ave. and confronted the riot police attack. Subsequently, the IRGC forces raided the houses of the people and arrested a number of them. The corrupt authorities of the regime and their agents, who had seized the lands of the people in the area last year, are strongly hated by the people.
In Rasht (Gilan province), courageous young people punished a criminal Basiji named Hassan Salman-Pisheh who had sprayed pepper gas into the eyes of female demonstrators and had injured a number of protesters.
In Isfahan, the brave youths gathered on Sio-She Pol Bridge and chanted slogans. In Jooyabad, Nasr Abad and Kohandej, the repressive forces, in fear of the demonstration, stationed a commando battalion and semi-heavy weapons and fired in the air like previous days.
In Ilam, the people rallied like past days. Dozens of young people were arrested by repressive forces.
A large number of young people were detained in Farrokh Shahr and Shahr-e-Kord (Charmahal and Bakhtiari province).
In Kermanshah, the brave youths wrote "Death to the principle of Velayat-e faqih” and “Death to Khamenei” on the walls of the city."
Approximately 2,000 brave people of Qatoor (West Azarbaijan) protested against the arrest of an activist and his transfer to Tehran, and clashed with the regime's intelligence agents and spies. During the yesterday clashes, the people broke the windows of the Howza (seminary), one of the centers used to suppress the protesters.
In Monirieh district in Tehran, the Guards and riot police chased young protesters and arrested a number of people.
The regime has shut down schools in some cities, such as Farsan, Shahr-e Kord and Mahabad to force the students to participate in government counter-demonstrations; a scandal that well reflects the fear of this regime from the Iranian people uprising.

The mullahs’ regime cut off the Internet inside the stadium. The regime’s radio-television, which was broadcasting the match, stopped live broadcast when the people repeated the slogans. By throwing smoke grenades, the youth protested the TV for not broadcasting their voice.
On their way back from the stadium, people chanted “Death on Khamenei.” The riot police had stationed water-cannon trucks on their path, and a helicopter was continually flying over the people who were coming out of the stadium.
This massive demonstration took place despite the fact that the repressive forces had set up check points along the roads from Khoy, Urumia and Ardabil to Tabriz. They threatened the passengers in Ardebil and Urmia buses going to Tabriz to watch the match, and seized cell phones of some of them. At the entrance to the Sahand Stadium, the repressive forces had an intense presence, and by limiting the number of entrance doors and threatening the crowd, they tried to prevent the people from chanting slogans.
In fear of spreading the protests of the people of Tabriz during this match, the oppressive organs escalated repressive measures in Tabriz. Eight buses transferred riot guards from other towns to Valiasr garrison to replace them with indigenous soldiers in the garrison.

IRGC and intelligence forces arrested a large number of youths in the city. Arrests are going on. The number of arrestees amounts to at least 116. In a weak reaction Rouhani call President Macron.
Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran in a statement said:

Rouhani's remarks, in an appeal to the French President, reflect his panic over the popular uprising and the popularity of the PMOI
Citing Iran's 'state television', AFP reported that while making a clear allusion to the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran, Rouhani told President Macron, 'We criticize the fact that a terrorist group has a base in France and acts against the Iranian people and encourages violence. We expect the French government to act against this terrorist group '.
These remarks reflect above all the anxiety of the mullahs' regime in the face of the expansion of the uprising against the religious dictatorship and the growing popularity of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) and the Iranian Resistance. Rouhani accused the PMOI of violence, while the European Union , its member countries, as well as the United States, strongly criticized the Iranian regime for the repression of demonstrations, killing and seriously injuring many people and President Macron has expressed concern on the death of the protestors.  To date, dozens of unarmed protesters have been killed by Revolutionary Guards and thousands more arrested.
According to the press release of the Presidency of the French Republic, this call 'that was planned before the demonstrations in Iran in recent days 'has allowed the President of the Republic to express his concern about the number of victims related to demonstrations 'and encourage Rouhani' to show restraint and calming down the situation 'and stress that' fundamental freedoms, including freedom of expression and demonstration, must be respected.”
However, Rouhani and the mullahs' regime have preferred to also censor the French President's remarks. Rouhani has tried, with clumsiness, to gain credibility from the contact of the French President, at this critical period that the death knell for the regime is ringing.
Today the United States representative to the United Nations called for a Security Council session to address the crackdown on the uprising of the Iranian people. For years, the Iranian Resistance has been demanding that crimes against humanity committed by the mullahs' regime, in particular the massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in 1988, be investigated.

Uprisings of Kermanshah and Mashhad and other cities are death knell for the corrupt dictatorship of mullahs, and the rise of democracy, justice and popular sovereignty
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, saluted the heroic people of Kermanshah and other cities who rose up today chanting “death or freedom”, “death to Rouhani”, “death to the dictator”, and “political prisoners must be freed”, and protested against high prices, poverty and corruption.
She said, “Yesterday Mashhad, today Kermanshah, and tomorrow throughout Iran; this uprising has tolled the death knell for the overthrow of the totally corrupt dictatorship of the mullahs, and is the rise of democracy, justice and popular sovereignty.
Mrs. Rajavi called on all the people, especially the youth and women throughout the country, to join the "No to High Prices" uprising, saying that “the corrupt dictatorship of the mullahs will undoubtedly fail against your national unity and solidarity, resistance and continuity of your rightful uprisings.”
She added that the record of the mullahs’ rule for the past four decades has been nothing but inflation, poverty and corruption, torture and execution, killings and aggression. The bulk of the people's wealth, including the money released in the nuclear deal, is either spent on repression and export of terrorism and war, or is plundered by the regime's leaders. The overthrow of the religious fascism is the first step to get out of the crisis that is intensifying every day.
She said that the mullahs’ regime has no future; investment on it is doomed to failure, and it is time for the international community to not tie their fate to this regime and recognize the Iranian people Resistance to overthrow that regime.
