Arrest of labor activists and repressive measures to end the Haft Tappeh sugar mill strike

The anti-human clerical regime, which has become furious and aggravated by the strike and demonstrations of brave workers of the Haft Tappeh sugar cane mill, on Thursday, November 29 arrested Mr. Ali Nejati, former president of the Haft Tappeh sugar cane workers union, along with his son, and transferred them to an unknown location. The repressive forces arrested and beat him while he was suffering from heart disease and was badly ill.
Despite these arrests and the presence of suppressive forces in the city of Shush, the brave workers of Haft Tappeh sugar cane mill continued their protest for the 25th day. They chanted in the gathering in front of the regime's governorate: Imprisoned worker must be freed.
On the other hand, the governor, the regime’s MP and the head of the Revolutionary Guards went to the area to force the workers to end the strike by giving deceptive promises. But they were faced with a negative response from the workers. Workers interrupted the speech of the member of the regime's parliament by chanting slogans.
The Iranian Resistance calls on the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the International Labor Organization, trade unions and labor unions all over the world to take urgent action to free Ali Nejati and other detained workers and to support striking workers.

Update & New Details on the Iran Regime’s Terrorist Activities against Iranian resistance

International conference calls for a firm policy toward the growing terrorism of the Iranian regime

Brussels - Feb. 4, 2019 - On Monday, a conference at the European Parliament headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, discussed the growing terrorist activities of the Iranian regime and the correct policy that the international community, especially Europe, must take to address the threats posed by the Iranian regime.
The conference comes less than two weeks prior to a major international conference in Warsaw, Poland, where senior officials will be discussing multitudes of threats the Iranian regime is posing to global peace and security. It is also being held against the backdrop of increased terrorist activities by the Iranian regime in Europe.
Former European Parliament Vice President Dr. Alejo Vidal Quadras, who moderated the conference, stressed that terrorist acts coming out of Iran are being coordinated at the highest levels of power within the regime, a fact that Iranian regime Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif implicitly admitted to in a recent parliament hearing.
“However, [EU foreign policy chief Federica] Mogherini and her colleagues are trying to hide this truth,” Quadras said. “The remarks of Iranian officials and the facts on the ground leave no doubt that we are faced with the rise of Iranian terrorism against Europe. We must protect our countries.”

Iran ambassador to Albania is expelled
Expulsion from Albania of the mullahs’ Ambassador and Intelligence Ministry station chief is a necessary step in countering terrorism and the religious dictatorship ruling Iran
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, welcomed the expulsion of the Iranian regime’s Ambassador and Intelligence Ministry’s station chief in Albania. She described this courageous act as a necessary step in countering terrorism and the religious dictatorship ruling Iran and an imperative for the security of European countries.
Last April, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that a terrorist plot hatched by the clerical regime against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) had been foiled. “We are on the right side of history. We are among European-Atlantic countries who are similarly under threat. I believe all these countries will act against terrorist threats,” Mr. Rama stated on April 19, 2018.
Gholamhossein Mohammadnia, the regime’s ambassador to Albania, and Mostafa Roudaki, the Intelligence Ministry’s (MOIS) station chief in that country, are both senior MOIS officials, who were exposed by the Iranian Resistance in 2016 and 2017. EU should include Iran regime’s Intelligence Ministry on the terrorist list, prosecute its agents

European Union Foreign Ministers decided on Monday to consider imposing sanctions on Iran’s regime over its role in terrorist actions in Denmark and France.
Adopting a firm policy toward the religious fascism ruling Iran is an imperative requisite for combatting state terrorism. The Iranian Resistance therefore calls for the blacklisting of the regime’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) as a terrorist entity and prosecution of its agents and diplomats who were directly involved in the terrorist plots in Albania, France, the United States and Denmark, respectively in March, June, August and September 2018. Tricks of the Iranian regime’s notorious intelligence and the records of the arrested agent in Denmark
Mohammad Davoudzadeh Lului, 39, a Ministry of Intelligence officer has been serving Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) since 10 years ago. He was arrested at the Göteborg airport in Sweden on October 21, 2018, at the request of the Danish government when he returned from Iran. He was under prosecution for participating in a terrorist plot against Iranian Arab citizens in Denmark. His active communications with Iran’s ambassador and embassy in Norway once again proves the fact that embassies and agencies of the clerical regime and its diplomats actively engage in terrorism and spying by using diplomatic facilities. A significant number of agents of the terrorist Quds Force and the infamous Ministry of Intelligence are conducting crimes in various countries around the world under diplomatic cover, and in turn, administer and feed networks of the regime’s agents under different excuses. In recent months, in addition to Assadollah Asadi (regime’s diplomat in Austria) who is imprisoned in Belgium, two terrorist diplomats from the Netherlands and another terrorist diplomat from France were expelled from these countries.

The arrest of Assadollah Assadi, a Vienna-based Iranian diplomat, on July 1, 2018, by German police on terrorism charges set a series of developments in motion that can have far wider repercussion for the Iranian regime than is initially evident.
On June 30, Iranian exile community members gathered in Paris for an annual rally of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), an umbrella organization for a broad range of Iranian factions opposing the mullah regime in Iran.

MARYAM RAJAVI : SILENCE ON THE MULLAHS’ TERRORISM, THE MOST DAMAGING KIND OF APPEASEMENT OF THE RELIGIOUS DICTATORSHIP

Message to the conference in Brussels, “Iran’s New Wave of Terrorism”-October 4, 2018
Maryam Rajavi addressed a seminar on “Iran’s New Wave of Terrorism – The EU and US responses,” held on October 4, 2018, at the Residence Palace in Brussels. In her video message to the political dignitaries and audience in the seminar, Maryam Rajavi said:
Dear friends,
I would like to express my appreciation for your attention to the necessity of countering terrorism by Iran’s ruling mullahs.
By using terrorism, the regime wants to compel the world to silence and surrender. The best response to such a regime is firmness. This is a responsible policy for global peace and security.
The mullahs are highly motivated for terrorism.
Popular protests have been continuing for nine months in Iran and the mullahs have not been able to stop them. As the regime’s highest officials have confessed, the PMOI has had an increasing role in organizing and leading the uprisings.
The country’s currency has lost 80 percent of its value in 12 months.

The Iranian resistance welcomes the decision of the Bamberg Supreme Court and stresses on speeding up judicial proceedings in the case of the largest Iranian state-sponsored terrorism project and its operational commander, Assadollah Assadi, and disclosure of all its details. The Iranian regime's state-sponsored terrorism should be referred to the United Nations Security Council.
Inaction with respect to the unhindered terrorism of the mullahs, whose diplomats are directly involved in, leaves the door open for continuing the crimes by the clerical regime. Therefore, the European Union and all European countries must adopt a decisive policy. Expelling all regime intelligence agents, those who work in diplomatic portfolios, or those who work under the guise of a journalist or businessman, or other covering associations is among those. Embassies and Representations of the regime should be shut down and European ambassadors should be recalled from Iran.

A closer look at the Iranian regime’s increased terrorist activities

Adapted from El-Bashayer Online – written by Abdul Rahman Mahabadi (Professional writer and Iran analyst)
Sept. 20, 2018 - In its 40-year history, the terrorist and fundamentalist regime of Iran has done everything within its power to terrorize and destroy its dissidents and opponents. The regime has been engaging in terrorism across the world in different ways. This is a reality that parliamentarians and politicians have confirmed in the past years, and they have recognized the Iranian regime as the biggest state sponsor of global terrorism.
At the turn of the year, when protests erupted across Iran, the Iranian regime increased its efforts to strike at the Iranian opposition in hopes of stifling the uprisings. Following the remarks of the Iranian regime’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, in which he emphasized the role of the PMOI/MEK in the uprisings, the Iranian regime engaged in several terrorist attempts. At the doorsteps of the Iranian new year in March, the Iranian regime dispatched a group of terrorist to Albania to detonate bombs at the annual gathering of the MEK. Again, in June, another team of Iranian regime terrorists tried to bomb a large Iranian opposition rally in Paris. Shortly after, a similar attempt was discovered in the U.S. If any of these terrorist attempts succeeded, it would have caused a disaster.

Despicable Demonization Campaign Against Iranian Democratic Opposition PMOI (MEK), Preparing the Grounds for Terrorist Attacks

 By Alejo Vidal-Quadras
The International Committee In Search of Justice (ISJ) exposes the intensifying measures of the Iranian regime’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) to demonize the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI or MEK) in a bid to prepare the ground for terrorist acts against the main democratic opposition to the religious dictatorship ruling Iran.
The covert and unannounced videotaping by the British Channel 4 of the residence of the Iranian refugees - members of the PMOI - in Albania on August 10, and the publication of these pictures in less than 24 hours, on the websites of Iranian intelligence ministry known as Iran-Interlink, has caused deep concern about the security and safety of these refugees. Specifically, that Channel 4 has refused to respond to letters by the PMOI spokesperson, a copy of which has been sent to the ISJ.

Iran plots terror on European soil as EU tries to shield regime from Trump sanctions push

As the European Union decries America's restoration of Iran sanctions, the Islamic regime is rewarding Europe’s support by ramping up its terror operation on the continent -- allegedly plotting attacks against Iranian dissidents there and politicians who back them.
The Trump administration restored sanctions on the rogue regime this week, a consequence of the U.S. decision to withdraw from the Obama-era Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). That move provoked a strong response from European leaders, who said they “deeply regret” the U.S. decision.

Iranian regime’s escaping forward and measures following the defeat of the terrorist plot
July 19, 2018 - Following the Grand Gathering of the Iranian Resistance in Paris and the failure of the mullahs' terrorist plot and the arrest of regime’s agents, including a terrorist diplomat, the regime’s Supreme National Security Council held a meeting upon Khamenei’s order and commissioned the relevant bodies such as the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Intelligence, the Quds Force, the Revolutionary Guards intelligence, and the state-run media to work to minimize the consequences of this big scandal.
The government apparatuses and authorities were obliged to pin the blame on the PMOI to cover this scandal. This is a well-known trick of escaping forward by which they attempt to portrait the arrest of the terrorists in Belgium and France and the arrest of a terrorist diplomat in Germany as a stage-setting to frame the regime on the verge of Rouhani’s visit to Europe, claiming that the PMOI had trapped that terrorist diplomat.
Following the release of the statement by Belgium Prosecutor and Federal Security Agency, the regime’s foreign minister said: "Just at the time the president's visit to Europe begins, an Iranian operation is disclosed and its “perpetrators” are arrested." He added that he is ready to cooperate with relevant authorities to clarify what is “just a deceptive operation to give a false address."
Mohsen Rezai, the former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the secretary of the regime’s Expediency Council, in order to implement the same directive, made a cock and bull story to promote the two arrested terrorists in Belgium to high-ranking members of the PMOI. He wrote shamelessly that the two "contacted the diplomat and talked about their readiness to cooperate with Iran ..." and that's why "these two people met with our diplomat in a place where a package was exchanged which was recorded by closed-circuit cameras or by the Monafeqin [the term used of the PMOI by the regime]”. “These two members of the Monafeqin made themselves subject to the arrest, and confessed to such a plot led by the Iranian diplomat," said the former stupid commander of IRGC.
The regime’s scenario, which was revealed by the Belgian authorities, clarifies further absurd comments fabricated by the mullahs’ Supreme Security Council. A Belgian police official said: "In Luxembourg, there was a meeting that was under control, and all together (security services from different countries) quickly worked to discover the bomb and arrest Assadi. The regime seems to have hoped that the bombing would be seen as a PMOI’s internal issue, which was a theory that could have been credible, but when we arrested their people during the act, the situation changed. "( BuzzFeed website- July 11, 2018)
At the same time, the Ministry of Intelligence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioned some in Europe and the US who support the regime, including those interested in appeasing the regime, to pretend as if some elements in the regime arbitrarily planned for this terrorist crime. Daniel Benjamin, the counterterrorism coordinator at the US Department of State in Obama's administration, who exhausted all his efforts and up to the last minute to prevent implementation of the court’s verdict to delist the PMOI, and whose hysteric hostility towards the PMOI has clear motives, said in this regard that he  can't eliminate the possibility that this could be a rogue operation planned by Iranian security services — or by radical elements within the Iranian security services — aimed at embarrassing the Rouhani government and perhaps even putting them in charge of an embattled Iran.
Extraterritorial units of the Quds Force and the Ministry of Intelligence stations outside the country were once again required to focus on the use and recruitment of indigenous elements in Albania, Bosnia, Serbia and Kosovo in order to implement terrorist plans against the PMOI in Albania through them. The radio and TV overseas directorate of the mullahs was also obliged to prepare fake films and reports against the PMOI in these countries in order to set the stage for criminal acts.
The IRGC was mandated to expand the scope of its intelligence and espionage activities for obtaining information from within the PMOI.

According to the statement, Assadi had commissioned a couple residing in Antwerp in March 2018 to carry out an assault using explosives on the Iranian’s annual grand gathering in France on June 30, 2018, and gave them 500 grams of the explosive TATP in Luxemburg in late June. The statement added, Assadi was a member of the "Ministry of Intelligence and Security," whose tasks "primarily include the intensive observation and combatting of opposition groups inside and outside of Iran." It added that the German’s judiciary warrant would not hinder Belgium’s extradition request for the suspect.
