No to Compulsory Veil: No to Compulsory Religion, No to Compulsory Government
This is a selection of six speeches by Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran from 2015 to 2017 in various conferences on the topic of Islam, compulsory veil, compulsory religion and compulsory government and why anything that is forced under any pretexts is contrary to the teachings of Islam.
Maryam Rajavi argues that mysogeny is the core of Islamic fundamentalism. In the case of iran, she argues that misogyny under the cloak of religion has become systematic and persistent because it is a lever to maintain the monopolistic domination of the velayat-e faqih. Misogyny is the raison d'être for dozens of the regime's suppressive agencies. It justifies the permanent surveillance operations in the streets, the actions of street patrols and the conduct of such agencies as the "Office to Combat Vice," or the "Morality Police Force" and 20 other police entities.
Similarly, clamping down on women on the pretext of mal- veiling is one of the most effective means to repress society and silence any voice of dissent.
The ascendance to power of Khomeini and his allies in exceptional and unique historical circumstances marked the exact moment when Islamic fundamentalism as we know it entered the global stage. This was a horrendous power-thirsty and profoundly misogynous force founded on religious discrimination. It instituted its backward sharia laws as a mechanism to establish a religious tyranny, and became a model of governance for fundamentalist groups.
In reality, dictatorships like the previous regime of Iran were too weak and corrupt to be able to stand against the waves of people who demanded freedom and particularly against the power of women and youths.
So, instead, religious fundamentalists undertook the mission to crack down on and suppress them.
She paid tribute to the pioneering women who gave their lives for Iran's freedom and laid flowers at a monument dedicated to them.
An international conference was held in Tirana, Albania, on the occasion of the International Women's Day.
Maryam Rajavi, political personalities and activists of the equality movement from various countries participated. The conference entitled, "Women in Political Leadership", featured speeches on the threat of the mullahs' fundamentalist and misogynous tyranny in Iran, the Iranian women's resistance against the regime and the trailblazing role of the vanguard heroines of Ashraf. Following is the remarks of Maryam Rajavi click here
The International Women's Day reminds us of a glorious future promised to mankind by women's equality movement and at the same time, it underlines the ongoing inequalities, violence and exploitation of women in our world.
And Iran is a country where women are living under one of the most oppressive conditions.
The mullahs' systematic suppression of women initially started under the pretext of Islam and they took advantage of religion to impose a wide range of restrictions on and discriminations against women such as the obligation to wear the mandatory veil.
The Civil Code was drafted on the basis of discrimination against women, and the Penal Code considers women's worth half of men's.
According to the mullahs' Sharia law, many activities of women including ownership, travel, leaving home, education, and employment are contingent on the decisions and desires of men.
Based on the mullahs' repressive and misogynist laws, girls as young as 13 and sometimes as young as 9 can get married and even punished.
The mullahs have spread the male-dominated culture with decadent customs like polygamy, temporary marriages, and sanctioning of honor killings.
The mullahs have deprived girls from studying in dozens of fields of higher education. Women's participation in the job market is only 14 per cent.
Under the clerical rule, women are systematically suppressed.
On average 2000 women are arrested daily for not observing the forced dress code.
According to the law, women must obey their husbands; they are deprived of the right to divorce.
If they get divorced, they are deprived of the care of their children.
When it comes to the regime’s Penal Code: women's rights is half of men's.
Although women make up a large work-force, they only take 14 percent of the job market.
In September 2016 the mullahs' supreme leader- Khamenei in a declaration announced that women's role is being a mother and a housewife while men's role is fatherhood and economic.
He also called for enforced government policies to increase birth rate.
In fact, by repressing women, the mullahs enslave the whole society.
On the other hand, however, Iranian women play a significant role in the Iranian people’s resistance against this religious tyranny.
Tens of thousands of women were tortured or executed in the struggle for freedom, democracy and equality against religious dictatorship.
Today, women hold most of the key positions in the Resistance movement.
Women make-up more than 50 per cent of the members of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
At the same time, the Iranian Resistance's 14-year perseverance in camps Ashraf and Liberty was also made possible under women's leadership.
Dear friends,
In fact, women are the force for change in Iran.
This is why the mullahs keep adding to their laws against women every year in order to impose and justify more restrictions on them.
Hassan Rouhani's government claimed to be moderate.
However, it did not introduce even a minor reform in the regime's laws.
Dozens of women were executed during his term.
In the face of such a situation, we stand for women's equality before the law; in family rights, in economic opportunities, as well as equal and active participation in political leadership.
We stand for women's freedoms including freedom of choice in clothing, marriage and the right to divorce.
Unfortunately, western governments took no action on the suppression of women and violation of human rights in Iran.
They have abandoned Iranian people who fight the godfather of Islamic fundamentalism.
Visits to Iran under the mullahs' rule, and silence on the violations of human rights, mass executions and systematic abuse of women's rights is legitimizing human rights violations in Iran.
Western governments must not turn a blind eye on the fact that the mullahs active support for fundamentalism has paved the way, ideologically and politically, for the emergence of Daesh. Read more
The Iranian government is moving quickly to put down massive protests over power blackouts and water shortages in the oil-rich Khuzestan region and ongoing workers’ rights protests in Teheran.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran ( NCRI ) – a coalition of Iranian opposition groups in exile lead by the banned People’s Mujahedin of Iran (MEK) – said the government dispatched anti-riot police from neighboring Fars Province to contain the Khuzestan protests.
The Media Express, March 3, 2017 - One of Iran’s most oil-rich cities is also one of the prime examples of Iran’s mismanagement. Residents of the region were protesting after dust storms, repeated power failures and general mismanagement by the regime. They have suffered the loss of services and increased unemployment, despite the regime’s hopes that the lifting of sanctions would draw foreign investment to the area to update refineries and power stations, as well as fix deep ecological problems.
The protests have subsided, however, as Iranian security forces have declared all demonstration illegal.
The protest of hundreds of workers of Iran National Steel Industries in Ahvaz, Khuzestan continued on February 28th for its eighteenth day in front of the governor’s office. They are protesting non-payment of their salary and benefits for five months as well as the uncertain future of their job and factory situation. The workers held banners reading: "We, the workers of National Group, have not been paid for the past few months " and "We, the workers of National Group, are standing until the end." During Rouhani’s visit to Khouzestan, they also gathered Ahvaz airport and protested him by chanting “Rouhani, where are your promises?”

Demonstrators held banners reading: "workers, teachers, students, nurses, alliance, alliance", "poverty line four million (tomans) our salary 1 million", "Our reward is due, its delay is unjust", "We demand equalization with other professions", "the costs are based on dollar, our salaries are based on rial."

In his interview with state-run ILNA news agency on the effect of environmental problems on Iran’s social issues, Salman Khodadadi said that “the environment, water, and dust storms are among the major issues and our society’s future problems. We are now in a situation where the issue of environment has turned into a social crisis throughout the country, and sometimes even raises security concerns.”
DW, March 6, 2017 - Iranian politicians like to refer to their country as an 'island of stability' in the Middle East. But the country has severe environmental problems, and nobody feels responsible - with wide-reaching consequences.

Failure to aid province highlights Iran's misguided priorities
The Hill,28 Feb 2017 - For days now, large swathes of western Iran have been covered in dust — literally. Dust storms have overwhelmed the oil-rich province of Khuzestan. Air quality is reportedly some 30 to 60 times the healthy level. Power stations have broken down; banks, schools and offices were closed; water supplies were disrupted; and flights to and from Ahvaz were cancelled — including, ironically, one scheduled for the regime’s top “environment” official. How the IRGC FTO blacklisting will cripple Iran’s regime
Following years of Iran’s regime enjoying the results of appeasement seen practiced on both sides of the Atlantic, the mullahs’ are now facing a very new and extreme crisis.
With protests escalating across the country, reports indicate the Trump administration is now weighing the possibility of blacklisting the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, FTO.
Secret Iranian missile solos revealed in Syria on border with Israel
IRAN has built new missile solos on the border with Israel, according to Israeli satellite intelligence. If the evidence of the satellite images is borne out tensions in the region will be further ratcheted-up and a pre-emptive Israeli missile strike is likely.
By CARLY READ
Express, Mar 1, 2018 - In December, Israeli jets destroyed a suspected Iranian missile base in the Syrian city of al-Qiswah – and the new silos are just a few miles away, slightly closer to Damascus, but otherwise identical.
Iran has a huge armory of ballistic missiles which includes the Shahab-1 – a variant of the controversial Hwasong-5 used by North Korea.
A Shahab-1 could land a 1000kg warhead on Tel Aviv in seconds.
The base, snapped from space by Israeli Defense Israeli firm ImageSat, is reportedly being run by the Quds Force, an expeditionary arm of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, who have fronted Iran’s involvement in war-torn Syria.
Repeated warnings have been issued by Western diplomats and the UN who fear the clashes over missile positioning could erupt into a full-blown conflict, which could see Israel and Iran played off against one another and their allies in Lebanon and Syria.
VIDEO: One way to counter Iran's aggression? Change the map of the Middle East
Fox News, Dec. 25, 2017 - Iran’s geopolitical ascent is the most significant and dangerous development in the Middle East this century. But while the Trump administration’s new National Security Strategy properly identifies Iran as among the important challenges to U.S. security interests, it doesn’t offer a concrete strategy on how to counter Iran’s growing regional power.
International Security Conference Finds Iran Regime Is a Danger to the Middle East
The Iranian Regime is still a major sponsor of regional terrorist militias and has planted proxy forces in several key areas in order to spread chaos, sectarianism and extremism, according to participants at an annual international security conference in Bahrain.
Bahrain’s Foreign Minister, Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmad Al Khalifa, told attendees at the Manama Dialogue 2017 that the Iranian Regime had a “network of surrogates” ready to commit acts of violence and destruction across the Middle East, West Africa, and Latin America.
MANAMA, Bahrain News, Dec. 9, 2017 - The Islamic Republic of Iran is attempting to ‘Lebonanize’ the entire region by establishing shia crescent that stretched through Iraq and Syria and into Lebanon, warns General David Petraeus.
Speaking during the 13th Manama IISS Dialogue Security Summit on Saturday, former CENTCOM Chief, David Petraeus said in fight against terror, US role never more important. “US should work bilaterally with countries unwilling to work multilaterally.”
“Ungoverned spaces will be exploited by Islamic extremists; US must take action, not wait; approach must be comprehensive; struggle generational not short term. Ungoverned spaces in Africa and Middle East will be exploited by Islamic extremists, and we must take action with a sustained, comprehensive effort led by the US.”
Iran Regime Losing Its Grip on Power Across the Middle East There are developments happening across the Middle East and there are indications that there will be some positive changes. This is very worrying for Iran because it is profiting from the chaos and fuelling conflicts so it can take advantage of weaker nations. In Yemen, more than 85% of the country is back under the control of the Saudi-backed coalition. However, there are reports that Iran-led Houthi militias have fired another ballistic missile towards Saudi Arabia. The crisis in Syria is showing signs of improvement. Iran is not happy about this because it is prospering in the midst of the conflict there. Read more
British PM Warns Against Iran Regime's "Destabilizing" Influence
British Prime Minister Theresa May slammed on Thursday the Iranian regime’s “destabilizing” regional influence and called for a stronger response to Tehran’s ballistic missile program.
She was speaking in Amman where she visited on Thursday on the return leg of a visit that also took in Iraq and Saudi Arabia, where she met with King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
In a speech in the Jordanian capital on Thursday, the British prime minister said that it was not just Daesh (ISIS) and the Assad regime that posed a threat to the stability of neighboring Syria, Arab News reported on Friday.
Iran Regime's Destabilizing Activity and Support for Terrorist Proxies in the Region Must Be Countered
ehran Intimidates Regional States through its Proxies' is the title of an exclusive article by Said AL-Abyad which appeared in Asharq al-Awsat newspaper on November 25, the following is the full text of this informative article.
Terrorist militias in the world, especially those supported by Iran, have consistently carried out kidnappings of unarmed “citizens and foreigners”, in order to obtain ransom for their release.
Abductions are one of the worst terrorist acts carried out by Iran or its terrorist proxies around the world. They have several objectives: to draw attention to the kidnapping itself, to carry out major schemes behind the scenes, to rearrange Tehran’s bargaining in the region, to overcome damages of economic sanctions imposed on it, and to help those militias finance their operations.
Warmongering and Export of Terrorism Vital to Survival of Their Religious Dictatorship, Iran Regime Officials Admit
Engulfed by growing international and domestic crises, and unable to confront the growing waves of public hatred and disgust from the medieval regime of mullahs, its officials confessed to the role of the regime in export of terrorism and warfare, and stipulated that their survival will depend on the export of terrorism, war and fundamentalism in the region.
In a meeting with a number of the regime’s foreign hirelings, Khamenei, the supreme leader of the clerical regime said: "We clearly declare that we will help everywhere we are needed to be present, and we don’t care about anyone in this issue (Khamenei’s website, November 23).
Iran Regime Is Far More of a National Security Threat to the World Than Terrorist Groups Such as Daesh
By:Dr. Majid Rafizadeh , ‘arab news’ November 16,2017
Ten reasons why the Iranian regime is more dangerous than Daesh
Western powers place Daesh at the top of their counterterrorism and foreign policy agenda, characterizing the terrorist group as the No. 1 national security threat. Before Daesh, it was Al-Qaeda. This strategic and security prioritization is misplaced. For the following reasons, the Iranian regime is far more of a security threat to the world than non-state terrorist groups such as Daesh.
First, the Iranian regime’s leaders and military generals enjoy the legitimacy of the nation-state system endorsed by the UN, even though the regime is neither a democracy nor representative of the Iranian nation. As a result, the interventions, military adventurism and crimes against humanity committed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the Quds Force and their militias draw less attention because they operate under the “legitimacy” of a sovereign state. The mullahs have got away with their brutal actions for almost four decades because they have a “government.”
Iran Regime's Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) Must Be Totally Dismantled
In an interview, former CIA director James Woolsey stated, “The US should destroy virtually all of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps infrastructure as well as Iran’s nuclear facilities to reduce its terrorist and nuclear threats.”
Woolsey, who was CIA director from 1993 to 1995 during the Clinton administration added, “The next time the IRGC looks cross-eyed at us... we should turn loose six to 12 MOAB [GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast] bombs on their facilities.”
Carrying 18,000 pounds of TNT, MOAB bombs are the second-largest conventional weapon in the US arsenal, and the largest ever used. Last April one was dropped on a suspected Islamic State target in Afghanistan in April.
How Iran Regime's Destabilisation of the Region Is Executed
The Iranian regime, described by many as the number one state sponsor of terrorism, has profited greatly from the Iran nuclear deal. The deal was put in place to curb the nuclear threat emanating from Iran, but many believe this is not the case. In fact, even President Donald Trump has said that it has the opposite effect – it gives Iran the tools to move towards a nuclear weapon.
As a result of the nuclear agreement, crippling economic sanctions were lifted and Iran has a lot more financial freedom. It got billions of dollars and proceeded to spend it on the destabilisation of its neighbours. It has had been able to enjoy increasing influence across the Middle East.
THE WEEKLY STANDARD-The Big Reveal: The Story of How 470,000 Documents from Osama Bin Laden's Compound Finally Got Into the Open
THE MAGAZINE: From the November 13 Issue
The CIA has finally released 470,000 files recovered from the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound. Here's why it took so long.
Stephen F. Hayes
The Weekly Standard, Noember 7, 2017 - On the penultimate day of the Obama administration, less than 24 hours before the president would vacate the White House, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper issued a press release meant to put to rest what had been a pesky issue for his office. “Closing the Book on Bin Laden: Intelligence Community Releases Final Abbottabad Documents,” the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) announced. “Today marks the end of a two-and-a-half-year effort to declassify several hundred documents recovered in the raid on Osama bin Laden’s Abbottabad, Pakistan, compound in May 2011.” Accompanying the press release were 49 documents captured during the raid, bringing the total number of documents made public to 571.
Following the CIA’s release of nearly half a million documents confiscated during the 2011 Navy SEAL raid which killed Osama Bin Laden, a deep relationship between the Iranian Regime and al-Qaeda has been uncovered.
This is not surprising to those in the intelligence communities who have know that the relationship between the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism and the Sunni terror cell dates back to at least 1991, when Iran needed help spreading its ideological revolution and attacking American interests in the Middle East and al-Qaeda needed money and training to pull off terrorist attacks.
So, the Iranian Regime began training al-Qaeda militants via its proxy group Hezbollah, and al-Qaeda repaid this by attacking the US Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania and killing over 200 people.
Iran’s relations with al-Qaeda is under the spotlight following the CIA’s release of nearly half a million documents obtained during a 2011 raid that killed the extremist group’s leader Osama Bin Laden. How Iran at least facilitated the efforts leading to the 9/11 attacks has been discussed extensively. For decades US authorities have argued Iran-al-Qaeda ties date back to 1991, referred to in a 19-page report amongst the trove.
“Anyone who wants to strike America, Iran is ready to support him and help him with their frank and clear rhetoric,” the report reads.
REVEALED: Bin Laden daughter’s letter addressed to Khamenei
The US government’s 9/11 Commission explained how Iranian officials met with al-Qaeda leaders in Sudan as early as 1991 or 1992. This led to the Lebanese Hezbollah, an offspring of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) to begin training al-Qaeda militants in Lebanon, the commission said. IRGC training camps inside Iran have also been exposed by the Iranian opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).
Al-Qaeda further enjoyed the backing of Iran and Hezbollah in the 1998 truck bombings targeting US Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania that left 224 people killed, including 12 Americans, US prosecutors said in their indictment of Bin Laden. This proves Iran recognizes no religious borders in allying with al-Qaeda. To reach its objective Tehran is bounded by no principles and will resort to any measures necessary, a viewpoint very rarely discussed.
Iran Regime Sheltered Al Qaeda's 9/11 Plotters to Pressure the US Into Turning Its Back on Iranian Resistance
The Iranian Regime sheltered al Qaeda operatives involved in the plotting of 9/11 to use as leverage against the US in order to attack the popular Iranian resistance, according to recently released CIA documents.
The documents, seized from the Osama Bin Laden complex after he was killed by Navy SEALS in 2011, reveal a long history between the Iranian Regime and the terrorist group.
It notes that, following the 2003 US invasion of Iraq, Iran held these senior al Qaeda plotters (including Bin Laden’s son) in order to threaten the US into turning over all members of the Iranian Resistance group Mujahedin al-Khalq (MEK) who were living in exile in Camp Liberty and Ashraf in Iraq.
Arab News, 25 October 2017 - Although the US Treasury Department has been instructed by President Donald Trump to impose new sanctions on the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) because of its support for terrorism, the Iranian regime shows no signs of backing down from its violations of international laws and interventionist policies in the region, particularly in Arab nations. In fact, Tehran is ratcheting up breaches of international law, military adventurism, and expansionist policies.
Al Arabiya, 24 October 2017 - We all understand Iran, the regime with the ambition to dominate and gain influence. However, in fact, we do not really know it. To Iran, the end justifies the means from selling cigarettes to counterfeiting currencies, dealing drugs, money laundering, collecting Khums tax and using it for military purposes, establishing complex networks of companies in Africa, Latin America, and Asia and sending clerics seeking loyalties from fighting coaches who train on weapons. These are the secret activities of the Iranian empire which tries to exploit everything it puts its hand on to serve its aims. It’s through these cells and secret smuggling networks that it built and continues to build its nuclear program.
History of the IRGC’s grooming of top al-Qaeda members
ALARABIYA-byTony Duheaume
There will always be those that ridicule the idea of a pact between Iran and al-Qaeda, due to the Shiite/Sunni divide, but it has been proven many times over, how Shiite Iran will side with radical Sunni groups such as al-Qaeda (AQ) when it comes to fighting a common enemy, and al-Qaeda will do the same, especially when the target is their most hated enemy the US.
The belief by certain commanders in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), is if they could persuade al-Qaeda to come on side in any future conflict with the West, with the offer of financial assistance and weapons, as well as the use of the IRGC’s vast terror and sleeper network; with the aid of Hezbollah, the result would be catastrophic.
Iran Regime Set to Take ISIS's Place in the Middle East
As ISIS’s control over Iraq is dwindling, American officials reveal that the Iranian Regime is preparing to fill the vacuum and create another crisis once ISIS is defeated.
Earlier this week, the oil-rich city of Kirkuk was taken over by Iran-backed Iraqi troops but they were not taking the area back from ISIS but the Kurds who had liberated it from ISIS in 2015.
Now the US military has to decide how to stop the Iranian Regime from turning its neighbour into a proxy state.
Iran Regime's So Called Moderates, Support IRGC and Missile Program
The Iranian regime’s former so-called reformist president, Mohammad Khatami, in his statements supported the regime’s missile program and IRGC’s terrorist activities.
The state-run Kalemeh website reported on Monday, October 16, that Khatami has expressed these remarks in a meeting with members of the so-called Islamic Association of Students of Tehran University.
Rouhani Praises the Revolutionary Guards, as He Fears the End of Appeasement Era
Hassan Rouhani, the president of the clerical regime, praised the Revolutionary Guards, the main source of suppression and plunder inside Iran, and export of terrorism and warmongering abroad, and called it beloved of the hearts. "If the United States wants to commit another mistake and take action against the Revolutionary Guards, this is a bigger mistake; the Revolutionary Guard is not just a military unit, but the Guards are in the hearts of this people," he said in a speech at a government cabinet meeting in fear of a terrorist designation of the Revolutionary Guards.
Revolutionary Guards are main cause of war and terror in region
The clerical regime has expanded its war mongering and criminal interventions in Syria and is seeking to reach the east coast of the Mediterranean by capturing Iraqi-Syria ground passage.
The number of IRGC-affiliated militias in Syria stands at over 100,000. Most of these forces are Afghan, Iraqi, Lebanese and Pakistani mercenaries. About a third of them are Syrian militias who have been organized by the IRGC like the Basij in Iran. All of these forces are financed, armed, controlled and commanded by the IRGC.
On January 14, 2017, Brigadier General Hussein Yekta, a commander of the Revolutionary Guards and responsible for Khatam's headquarters, announced that the number of Afghans under the command of the IRGC in Syria, organized as part of the Fatemiyoun Division, is 18,000. Afghans living in Iran are forced to go to the Syrian war because of poverty, unemployment, lack of legal documents and various pressures by the regime.
Certified or decertified, Iran faces tough road ahead
By Heshmat Alavi Special to Al Arabiya-9 October 2017
All eyes are on US President Donald Trump and his upcoming Iran speech later this week to clarify his decision to certify or decertify Tehran’s compliance with a nuclear agreement, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), designed to curb the regime’s controversial atomic drive.
This has Iran’s regime on its toes, as senior elite in Tehran understand fully how the US can lead the international community in adopting strong measures against its broad scope of malign activities. Expected to be addressed is also a wide range of concerns over Iran’s dangerous policies in relation to its ballistic missile advances, meddling in Middle East states and supporting terrorist proxy groups as explained in a new video.
The U.S. Representative Office of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI-US), published a short and extremely informative video which shows how Iranian regime has been training terrorists in Iran and dispatching them across the globe; and it is doing it to date. Iran has caused the rise of ISIS, and remains the single most active state-sponsor of terrorism in the world.
The Annual report on terrorism by the United States Government has referred to Iran as the world's foremost state sponsor of terrorism in 2016. The United States says that Iran also employs foreign nationals. But how does Iran recruit? And how does Iran train its pawns to carry out its operations?
How to Stop Iran in Its Post-Deal Destabilization Game
By Reza Shafiee
Every three months, there's a deadline for a U.S. “recertification” of the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). As that deadline approaches, discussions in the Beltway heat up as to what is the right approach toward a government which complies with the letter of the deal but not the “sprit," despite signing off on the contract with six world powers in 2015, which limits its bomb-making capabilities for at least 10 years.
If nothing has been learned from the behavior of mullahs in Tehran over the past 40 years, one thing is obvious; they succumb only when their back is against the wall. Case in point is the eight-year-old Iran-Iraq war, which left hundreds of thousands dead, and billions of dollars in losses just on Iran’s side. It ended when Supreme Leader Khomeini was convinced that the regime was only steps away from a crashing defeat and subsequent collapse.
Many Iran watchers in the West regrettably fail to notice the nature and structure of mullahs’ hierarchy, which is built on the foundation of Velayat-e faghih (Guardianship of Jurisprudence), and the absolute rule of the Supreme Leader - Ruhollah Khomeini in the 1970s and 1980s, and now Ali Khamenei. These two pillars of power simply mean ruling with an absolute iron fist at home and exporting its brand of Islamic ideology (terrorism and fundamentalism) abroad. There are no “moderates” or “hardliners” in Iran.
There are talks in the media even among the staunch supporters of the Obama administration on one hand and the White House’s inner circles on the other as how to continue putting a tight leash on Iran beyond 2026 or 2031 when the JCPOA expires.
Saudi Prince Warns Over Iran Regime's Destabilizing the Region
NCRI - The Head of the Center for Research and Islamic Studies of Saudi Arabia warns over the Iran regime, stating that 200 thousand Iranian troops are currently present in 5 countries including Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Yemen.
Prince Turki bin Faisal Al Saud in an interview with the Arabic Sky News stipulated that Iran's meddling in the countries of the region has become clear to all and the Iranian rulers are proud of their measures.
He then referred to Iran' deal with super powers stating that this agreement is one of the means of the Iran regime to advance its goals in the region. Prince Turki bin Faisal added, "The Iran regime pretends that the deal stabilizes the situation of the region and Iran feels responsible for the conflicts taking place in the world."
He then regretted the Qatar's cooperation with the Iran regime adding that any cooperation with Iran would endanger the peace and stability of the region. Moreover, the Arab states and Muslims will be threatened since the Iran regime has goals in these countries, as it has explicitly announced.
Confession of the Iran Regime to Export of Terrorism and Extremism to the Middle East and Africa
The widespread export of terrorism to the Middle East and Africa was once again acknowledged by Mullah Kazem Sediqi the Friday prayer leader on September 22in Tehran. He said, "We conducted a revolution in Iran, but today we are defending in Syria; today our reputation is heard all over Africa, an altar is set up in Nigeria".
He confessed to the hidden occupation of Iraq by the clerical regime and the imposition of influence on its political, military and security organs, and said: "Today, is Iraq our neighbor? No, it's ourselves. Today, Iraq’s Hashd al-Sha'bi and the Iraqi government are fighting alongside us. Lebanese Hezbollah is one of the miracles of our revolution ... our Islam [read extremism and fundamentalism] goes to bring the world under the flag of the Velayat-e fagiqh (Supreme Leader)!”
On the same day, Rouhani, president of the Velayat-e faqih, said: "Whether you want or not, we shall defend the oppressed people of Yemen, Syria and Palestine, and we will strengthen our military and defense capabilities to the extent necessary."
Iran Regime's Attempt to Gain Power in the Region and the Role of Quds Force
NCRI - Iran regime’s special elite unit, the Quds Force - was established by former Supreme Leader Ruhollah Khomeini at the end of the eighties as part of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Its purpose was to spread the so called revolution outside the country and it became responsible for foreign operations. Its mission spread across to neighbouring countries and has now ended up all over the world.
It has been in contact with terrorist groups since its inception and uses militant Shia organisations to further its agenda of creating a supreme Shiite empire that Iran would one day control.
The Quds Force also works in cooperation with Hezbollah to stop so called Western influence in the region and to destroy the Gulf States. Hezbollah agents infiltrate these countries (notably Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) and cause chaos to attempt to bring about the fall of the monarchies so that a Shiite administration can take over.
Rouhani's Defense Minister Nominee Pledges to Boost Missile Program
Hassan Rouhani’s defence minister-designate has declared boosting missile program as Defence Ministry’s first priority in the next four years.
Amir Hatami, who has been a member of repressive Bassij paramilitary forces made the remarks at the regime’s parliament on Thursday.
He described, “boosting missile and ballistic power” as “the first pre-emptive priority of the Ministry of Defense in the next four years,” state-run IRNA news agency reported on Tuesday August 15, 2017.
"We will enhance the missile power in all fields, especially in the fields of ballistic and cruise missiles, in the course of this period," he told the regime's parliament, state-run TV reported on Wednesday, August 16, 2017.
Hatami emphasized on the continued killing of Syrians and his allegiance to the Qods Force by saying: "We will undoubtedly pursue support for the resistance front (a reference to the Assad regime) and the pillar of the resistance, the Qods Force and my dear brother ... Qassem Soleimani, who is our pride.”
Khamenei's Representative Claims Iraq, Levant and Mediterranean Fall Within Regime's Borders
Senior Iranian official’s remarks makes it ever more necessary to evict IRGC & proxies from region.
Once again, a senior cleric in the Iranian regime has acknowledged the fact that the clerical regime considers Iraq, Syria and Mediterranean costs inside the borders of Iran.
Speaking at so-called Friday prayers sermon in the northeastern city of Mashhad, Alam al-Hoda, a member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts and representative of the Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said on Friday: “Today, it is not as if the Iraqi desert, the Levant and Mediterranean coasts are outside of this country’s borders. Islam’s front (read the regime’s borders) has been established there”.
He made it crystal clear that the deceitful term of “defending the shrine,” used by the clerical regime for cloaking their killings of the Syrian people, has no meaning other than continuing their aggressive and occupational campaign in the region.

Iran expands its terrorist sponsorship in the Balkans
By Pejman AmiriAmericanThinker, August 5, 2017 -
The U.S. Congress's recent bill of sanctions on Iran mainly cites the Iranian regime's terrorist activities throughout the Middle East. The recently released Country Reports on Terrorism 2016 by the U.S. State Department says:Iran continued its terrorist-related activity in 2016, including support for Hizballah, Palestinian terrorist groups in Gaza, and various groups in Syria, Iraq, and throughout the Middle East. Iran used the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps‑Qods Force (IRGC-QF) to implement foreign policy goals, provide cover for intelligence operations, and create instability in the Middle East. Iran has acknowledged the involvement of the IRGC-QF in the conflicts in Iraq and Syria and the IRGC-QF is Iran's primary mechanism for cultivating and supporting terrorists abroad.

New Iran sanctions succeed where the nuclear deal failed
LONDON, Reuters, AUGUST 1, 2017- Iran's Revolutionary Guards have started using a new route across the Gulf to funnel covert arms shipments to their Houthi allies in Yemen's civil war, sources familiar with the matter have told Reuters.
In March, regional and Western sources told Reuters that Iran was shipping weapons and military advisers to the Houthis either directly to Yemen or via Somalia. This route, however, risked contact with international naval vessels on patrol in the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea.
The Iranian regime has been steadily ramping up its military and political efforts in the Middle East, with the aim of stymieing the US' interests in the region and damaging Washington's dominance.
Increasing Troubles With US and International Community Plague Iran Iran Focus
London, 17 Jun - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani made a campaign pledge to focus his second term on lifting non-nuclear sanctions. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei approved the nuclear talks in 2012, before Rouhani’s term, so Rouhani’s success will need Khamenei’s blessing, and having non-nuclear sanctions lifted, will depend on whether Khamenei is willing to endure major setbacks, like he did with the nuclear deal.
Still, he may have no choice. The international community will soon be making demands on Iran to end to its support for terrorism and its ballistic missile program, as well as to begin respecting human rights by ending executions.
In fact, on June 13th, the US House of Representatives passed a bill condemning the 1988 Iranian massacre of 30,000 political prisoners. Officially titled, “The condemnation of the Iranian government for the massacre of political prisoners in 1988 and the invitation to call for justice for the victims”, Resolution 188 received bipartisan support in an increasingly partisan Congress.
In response to US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s remarks in Riyadh, saying Iran must end its ballistic missile tests, Rouhani said, “We will test our missiles whenever needed, waiting for no one’s permission.” But such testing is a clear violation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231.
Rouhani responded to both US President Trump and his top diplomat when they demanded that Tehran bring an end to its terrorism in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, and end its financial support for the Lebanese Hezbollah, “In the region, Iran has been able to stand in the face of terrorism… sending its diplomats and military advisors to Iraq, Syria and other nations…”
In Iran, however, Khamenei and the Revolutionary Guards, the IRGC, make the decisions. READ MORE

Rouhani Again Underscores Regional Warmongering, Continuing Missile Initiatives
Two days after the election façade, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani held a press conference once again proving his inability and lack of will to realize even the slightest change in this regime’s domestic and foreign policies.
Rouhani pledged the mullahs’ regime will continue their warmongering in the Middle East, adding they are on the ground in Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, and fought against terrorism in the region.
These days’ revelations are made in the Iran presidential election campaign trail shedding light on the scope of corruption and plundering by the regime’s factions and officials.
One of the most important and institutionalized aspects of corruption is the uncontrolled import of smuggled goods that dominates large percentages of Iran’s economy. State-linked institutions, including the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), have taken control over Iran’s ports and are meddling in customs affairs, literally transforming these economic centers to transits used to smuggled goods. The IRGC, by taking control over the country’s most important economic routes and establishing a major financial empire, has taken full control over large portions of Iran’s imports/exports.
Smuggling goods by institutions such as the IRGC is taking place at a time when most of the country’s industries, factories and production units have gone bankrupt or are on the verge of bankruptcy.

Iran May Be Shielding Missile Program Under The Guise Of Satellite Launches
The Daily Caller, 10 May 2017 - Iran’s communications minister recently announced plans to put two satellites into space, but the impending launch may be cover for ballistic missile research.
Mahmoud Vaezi announced on Monday that the two supposedly home-made satellites will be launched into orbit in the coming months. The launches may seem innocuous, but such space technology could be used to help advance Iran’s missile technology.
Sky News Arabia TV aired a report on May 8 about the Iranian regime’s regional meddling, saying Tehran is taking advantage of Shiite Arabs as fuel for its wars in order to advance its expansionist plots in the Middle East. The Lebanese Hezbollah is one of these tools in this war.“Hezbollah is under the command of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and this group’s participation in the Syria war is based on requests from Iran. These remarks prove once again the fact that there are no differences between various factions of the mullah's regime when it comes to the main policies such as internal suppression, export of terrorism and taking control over the countries in the region; the internal struggle inside the regime is on power-sharing and striving for getting more shares in plundering the Iranian people's wealth. Investigating the events before and after Bashar al-Assad’s chemical attack on the town of Khan Sheikhoun, clearly indicates that the goal of this attack was to support the operations of Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) in the northern province of Hama. Since the Free Syrian Army and the Syrian opposition began to advance in the north of Hama from March 21, 2017, and reached within three kilometers of the city of Hama, the IRGC dispatched its forces in Damascus and its suburbs with its highest ranking commanders to this area. Now these forces are present in the North and West of the city of Hama and around the town of Soran. Hezbollah as a threat to the US that no wall can prevent
